Bill Banzhaf is a highly experienced Real Estate Consultant with a career spanning over forty years. His passion for real estate began when he bought his first home while serving in the Navy, where he rented rooms to his Navy buddies to cover the mortgage payment. After 26 years in the Navy Reserves and working in the corporate world for 25 years, Bill decided to retire and become his own boss and share his extensive real estate knowledge with others. He obtained his Florida Real Estate license in 1996 and his broker's license a year later.

In 2006, Bill moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains and became a licensed broker in Georgia, Tennessee, and North Carolina to add to his list of accomplishments. In 2019, he opened Mountain Place Realty to TN & NC and became Managing Broker. He continues to connect buyers from all over the world with the beauty and opportunities of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
