Susanne originally hails from beautiful Vienna, Austria, where she received her degree from Vienna Business College in 1980. After working for several international companies, Susanne discovered her passion for Real Estate in 1995.
Her business degree and language skills (fluent in German, Spanish and Italian), led to employment with a US company. Susanne later settled in Lauderdale By The Sea and became a licensed Realtor in 1997. She now has almost 20 years’ experience in Real Estate, serving the Fort Lauderdale area.
Susanne works with a team of dedicated professionals (home inspectors, mortgage lenders, a real estate attorney and insurance agent, among others), making every transaction a breeze, whether you are a buyer or seller.
Not only does Susanne have a real passion for real estate and supreme local market knowledge, she is also a tenacious negotiator for her buyers and sellers, trustworthy, diligent, and works to the highest ethical standards.

Privately, Susanne enjoys quiet time with her husband, long walks on the beach, cuddling with her dog, gourmet cooking, taking care of her orchids, skiing in Colorado, traveling the world …. One of her most exciting trips was spending her honeymoon on a safari in Africa.
