Alan has been licensed since 1981 and has continued to update his professional real estate skills. Initially entered real estate working for a local real estate developer in 1985 coordinating small 8 unit condominium and subdivision projects growing into 23 to 72 unit condo projects. In 1987; worked for and later lead a Japanese real esate development sales and management company. Alan draws from his experiences culminating in 38 years of real estate and 11 years of insurance claims to experience to help his clients realize their dreams of owning their next home.
